Cruise Cabin Safety Tips
Know Your Surroundings
Whether you're new to cruising or a seasoned sailor, you'll notice that not all cabin doors automatically close. So, firstly, make sure that your decorations are not placed on the door frame, wall railings, or light fixtures. Most general safety rules apply here: Don't accept drinks from strangers, be aware of your surroundings, don't go wandering around alone at night, and keep your valuables safe.
Valuable and Safekeeping
Yes, any cruise cabin you book will have an in-room safe. This is normally in the closet area. Use it! Keep your passport, money, credit cards, and other valuables locked up when you're not in your cabin. If you're worried about losing your key card, ask the front desk for a spare.
