Schwarber's heroics give Phillies a 3-2 lead in the series.
Kyle Schwarber hit a walk-off home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to give the Philadelphia Phillies a 10-9 win over the Toronto Blue Jays on Tuesday night.
The Phillies trailed 9-5 in the ninth inning, but they rallied to tie the game on a two-run home run by Bryce Harper and a two-run single by Nick Castellanos.
Schwarber then came up with the bases loaded and two outs and hit a 1-2 sinker from Jordan Hicks over the wall in left field for the game-winning hit.
The Phillies now have a 3-2 lead in the best-of-seven series.
Schwarber's home run was his second of the game and his fourth of the postseason.
He is now tied with Bryce Harper for the most home runs by a Phillies player in a single postseason.
The Phillies will try to close out the series in Game 6 on Wednesday night.
